| With house building
developments drying up due to the Credit Crunch, Duntrune
Building Projects Ltd, have had to diversify and find
other Contracts to take up the slack. We have expanded
our Customer base and have procured contracts in all areas
of construction and with great success.
At present we have negotiated with a main contractor
in Dundee to supply joiners to make and erect external
wall panels, fit internal partitions and internal finishes
to a New Dundee School being built. Duntrune Building
Projects Ltd. is working in conjunction with other trades
and in particular partnering with the Main Contractor
to ensure both cost and savings and ultimately a reduction
in the overall contract duration.
We have just completed a short contract for a Private
Client who asked us not only to carry out Joiner Work
in his flat conversion but also to Project Manage the
Contract. This was a very challenging and rewarding
contract, with the works being brought in on budget
and ahead of the proposed completion date.
A Local Main Contractor asked us to tender for works
for a Housing Association in Dunfermline, and works
have started on site at a pace and we are working to
complete two sites in tandem within a year - 90 units.
Again the works includes for the erection, roughing,
and internal finishes for each unit.
Duntrune Building Projects Ltd. is quickly gaining
additional expertise allowing, us a company, to take
on new challenges and compete successfully within the
current market conditions. We have a core group of quality
joiners who are specialised in all aspects of their
trade as well as a skilled and knowledgeable staff who
